Have Your Say - Boundary Reviews 2023

Cheadle BC

The Boundary Commission is currently running a consultation on proposed changes to parliamentary boundaries.

Cheadle remains unaffected by the proposed changes. Although the boundaries for other constituencies may change, the current proposals leave our boundary untouched.

However, it would be useful if members of the constituency could add comments to the Boundary Commission's consultation, either in support of the proposal or with any suggested changes. If you want to add a comment supporting the boundary remaining the same, something as simple as "we strongly support the Commission's proposal to keep the existing constituency unchanged" would suffice, or words to that affect. Whilst it would be helpful if people commenting could add reasons for supporting that stance, it is not mandatory.

To add a response to the consultation, simply click on this link. Then input your postcode, click "Go to Postcode" and on the top right hand corner, above the map, there will be a green button that says "Make a Comment". Please click this and then add your comment.

The consultation is open until Monday 2nd August 2021 - any responses received after this will not be considered.

This is your opportunity to make your voice heard and tell the Boundary Commission how you feel about our constituency - please do comment and add your voice to the discussion!
